National Congress of American Indians
Est 1944WHEREAS, the American Indian and Alaska Tribal Government and people have gathered in Green Bay, Wisconsin for the Mid-Year Meeting of the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) in order to promote the common interests and welfare of American Indians and Alaskan Native peoples; and
WHEREAS, NCAI is the oldest and largest intertribal organization representative of and advocate for national, regional, and local tribal concerns; and,CERTIFICATION
