Quick mascot facts on the State of New Hampshire:
In 2006, four years after the New Hampshire State Board of Education passed a related resolution, the "Red Raiders" mascot still used by Spaulding High School in Rochester came under fire.
In 2002 the New Hampshire State Board of Education passed a Resolution endorsing the elimination of the use of Indian sports mascots
In 1974, Dartmouth College adopted an official policy on the issue and was among the first to change its "Indian" sports team token.
Coe-Brown Northwood Academy took steps in 2002 to retire its "Comanches" nickname.
